All you need to supply is the text, page title and header titles.

Blank header graphics are located in the images > headers directory, and are already named and linked to the appropriate page. To add a page title all you need is a graphics program that can read and save .jpg format files. Once you add your title all you do is save it, over-write the existing blank and your done.
